Privacy Policy

BIASBOYFX is designed to operate without requiring a user account or sign-in for the mobile app's core features.

For personal price alerts, the app creates an anonymous device identifier and device credential. The credential is stored securely on the device, while the server stores the device identifier, a hashed form of the credential, and operational timestamps used to authenticate and maintain the alert service.

If you allow push notifications, BIASBOYFX may store a push notification token, your mobile platform such as iOS or Android, and notification status information so that requested price alerts can be delivered to your device.

When you create a personal price alert, the service stores the selected forex pair, target price, alert mode, near-price distance, enabled status, alert state, and related timestamps.

If you contact BIASBOYFX support, we may receive the email address you use, the content of your message, and any information or attachments that you voluntarily provide.

We use the information described above only as reasonably necessary to operate and protect BIASBOYFX services.

This includes authenticating an app device, storing and synchronizing personal price alerts, sending requested push notifications, maintaining service reliability and security, troubleshooting technical issues, and responding to support or privacy requests.

BIASBOYFX does not use personal price-alert information to make trades on your behalf, access a brokerage account, or provide personalized investment advice.

Push notifications are optional. The app requests permission before notifications are enabled on a supported device.

When permission is granted, a push token may be provided to BIASBOYFX and the notification delivery services used by the app. That token is used to deliver requested price-alert notifications.

You can change or disable notification permission through your device settings. Disabling notifications may prevent price-alert push messages from being delivered.

BIASBOYFX does not sell user data and does not use collected app data for third-party advertising or cross-app tracking.

We may use infrastructure and technical service providers to host the service, process API requests, store application data, protect the service, and deliver push notifications. These may include cloud infrastructure providers and notification delivery providers such as Expo and the platform push-notification services used by your device.

Service providers are permitted to process information only as necessary to provide their services and are expected to protect information in accordance with applicable privacy and security obligations.

We may also disclose information when reasonably necessary to comply with applicable law, legal process, or valid government requests, or to protect the security and integrity of BIASBOYFX and its users.

BIASBOYFX retains app device, push-notification, and alert records for as long as reasonably necessary to operate, secure, maintain, and troubleshoot the relevant service.

Individual personal price alerts can be deleted through the app. When an alert is deleted through the supported alert controls, the corresponding alert record is removed from the active BIASBOYFX alert database.

Because the mobile app does not currently require a named user account for its core features, device-service records are not presented as a traditional user profile. You may request deletion of information associated with your use of BIASBOYFX by contacting support@biasboyfx.com. We may request information reasonably necessary to identify the applicable service record and protect against unauthorized deletion requests.

Support communications may be retained for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to the request, maintain service records, resolve disputes, or comply with applicable obligations.

You may decline or disable push-notification permission through your device settings.

You may delete individual personal price alerts using the alert controls provided in the app.

You may contact BIASBOYFX to ask questions about this policy or request access, correction, or deletion of information where applicable.

BIASBOYFX uses technical and organizational safeguards intended to protect service information. Device credentials are used to authenticate personal alert requests, and sensitive device credentials are not stored by the server in their original readable form.

No internet service or storage system can guarantee absolute security. We continuously aim to limit collected information to what is reasonably necessary for the service being provided.

BIASBOYFX relies on third-party infrastructure and market-data related services to provide app functionality. Those providers may process technical information necessary to transmit requests, deliver content, secure network traffic, or operate their services.

BIASBOYFX is not responsible for independent websites or services that you choose to visit outside the BIASBOYFX application. Their own privacy policies apply to their services.

We may update this Privacy Policy when BIASBOYFX features, technology, legal requirements, or data practices change.

When this policy is updated, the revised version and its updated date will be published on this page. Material changes will be communicated when appropriate.
